Why can't I go into whole foods and steal their food without getting the police called on me?

I get what your saying I was employed in the late 80s by a big syndicator in SF who had over 250 different apartments  senior housing student housing shopping  MHP and i headed up land development for them..

This was done to protect senior citizens on fixed incomes from being forced to sell their homes due to unaffordable property tax increases.Since the passing of this amendment, all properties in Michigan have two property tax values associated with them:State Equalized Value (SEV): supposedly equal to 50% of the market value of a property, not based on recent sales price.Taxable Value: the SEV annually capped as long as there is not a transfer of ownership.City Assessors are charged with determining how much property values have changed each year.

I stay in the basement, I went thru ups & downs like everyone else,  What has worked for me lately is renting to senior men (55+). 

Yes, definitely at the mid to senior Leadership levels.  

So developers are building multifamily on these parking areas.Since these areas aren't located on top of residential areas, the zoning approval process has a lot less friction and resistance from NIMBYs.Here's an example in Rochester where an old Sears was turned into apartments for seniors.https://www.passero.com/projects/skyview-park-senior-housing...For multifamily developers, this could be an opportunity for building and partner with the mall owners.

Also an excellent police force there.

I think that is very reasonable move for matured owners like you but I don’t think it benefits most new hosts who should really focus on the ranking over expanding their market.Also I have 1000+ reviews as a super host on Airbnb and I work in a very similar role as a senior resolution case manager.

Do that before you spend any energy trying to kick him out.If he hasn't paid rent, you can call the police and have him escorted from the property.
