Arguing over the internet is like nuclear war.

It was accompanied by a 35 page business plan that had been put together by a consultant that charged the entrepreneur $7,500, a glossy brochure generically talking about commercial real estate, and a resume of the principal.  

The growth in newly listed homes dipped, although newly listed homes still remained higher than the previous year.While the housing market is still in the seller’s territory, it is expected to shift in a buyer-friendly direction as mortgage rates resume their decline over the next year and the number of homes for sale increases.

BP:After hearing on a couple podcast where the guest has spoken about real estate investment resumes and credibility packets, I am wondering if anyone would be willing to share one they've created?

If you are looking to get hired in a corporate job, MBA is almost a requirement, but if you choose to work for yourself as an investor/agent there's really no need for it other than it looks good on your profile/resume.

My fear started about ruining off basement but thank God electricity resumed and water was pump offed by sump but carpet got completely wet.

And I’ll let you in on my experience of 40 plus years in real estate, and having personally met many of he older time gurus; take away the slick presentation (prepared by a marketing firm in either Las Vegas, Nevada, or in Provo, Utah), the “glamour” shot appearance makeover, the unsubstantiated resume and personal history, and the buzz words and motivational bs, and what you’re left with is most times a salesman/marketer and NOT someone who has had much if any success investing in real property.

When you present your offer, include proof of funds and a resume of real estate owned to show you're a serious buyer.

All of that said, before you hire a manager or take a course, look at the resume or Linked In profile of the manager/instructor.
