Why are people being forced to wear masks which without question will WEAKEN your immune system and WORSEN your breathing/respiratory status?

I've got a tenant who is claiming a health risk (due to mold/respiratory issues) to continue living in my rental, despite a mold test that came back negative/normal levels.  

Even low levels of ozone exposure can cause the following conditions: coughing, chest pain, shortness of breath, wheezing, and throat irritation;worsened chronic respiratory diseases, such as asthma;increased risk of developing bronchitis or pneumonia; andcompromised ability of the body to fight respiratory infections.People's susceptibility to ozone varies widely.

If a respirator is used, it needs to be tight fitting and equipped with P-100 cartridges.

I went to college and got a degree in Respiratory Therapy back in 1998.  

One of them was a Respiratory Therapist at our hospital but they still didn't seek medical care.

Tenant has told me she has been diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection, so i believe it's beyond the stale odor stage.  

After a month of being in the unit the tenant developed respiratory issues and ended up in the hospital after experiencing bloody nose and asthma attacks.

The tenant can complain he has respiratory problems or any other ailment, and it's his word against yours.  

I haven't done much with my license because I was in respiratory school along with my wife.
