Refrigerator temperature too high, must be no higher than 38 degreesSounds like you could have issues with #6 and #7 so I'd suggest fixing those before the inspection otherwise you might have to wait for a second inspection before you can pass and start getting paid.

If this were my unit I would probably opt for a stainless refrigerator with no ice maker, and all stainless appliances, and maybe a dishwasher if I thought I could get more rent for it.

Travis I'm a handyman in Orgeron and I would say you are looking at 25k to 30k as a guide line .Depending on the quality of products you choose, don't cheap on flooring or anything that is done in the wall.Provide refrigerator and stove only un less you go with over the stove microwave.
