I don't see anything wrong with adding Spanish as a second "official" language as long as the percentage of the population that speaks Spanish as their primary, or only, language is large enough to offset the costs associated with redesigning all the federal forms and bureacracy, laws and customer service and advocacy rights, and CSPAN, and US postal service, etc...are justified.

The architect in me wants to redesign them and make them nicer looking and maybe add an additional bathroom to the 3 bedroom units (currently at 1.5Ba).

I think it's absolutely ridiculous to watch someone like a hawk because they are labeled a felon.If Martha Stewart decided to completely redesign your properties for free do you think tenants would be upset with that felon roaming around your property unattended?

@Dawn Anastasi - That shouldn't be the case, however, in our upcoming redesign, the issue should be rectified.
