I am a new investor, I have looking to buy my 3rd property as a rental(move-in reddish) in Chicago or the suburbs.

The blue wall doesn't go with the colors of brick and the striped and reddish leather furniture, and the small rug with the pink stripe.

I rather have low rents and good tenants than high rents with not so good tenants- but getting good tenants in a reddish color area crime wise may be a challenge.  

Dark reddish brown tone.

Blue comes in many different shades and hues.

I'd just say that whatever color you choose, go with a deep enough hue so that it shows color.

The gray would need to be more to the brown hue side.  

I simply love the hues and colour combination you have chosen.

Shaker Beige, Bleeker Beige, Powell Buff, Bradstreet Beige, Richmond Bisque, Litchfield Gray, Grant Beige, Manchester Tan,  Rockport Gray,  Revere Pewter, Edgecomb Gray  and colors in/around these hues all are reasonably safe. 

But frequently in business disputes the participants aren't black and white, but both parties are shaded with some hue of gray.
