Tools were recovered and pest control was terminated.So we are naturally in a very secure area in one of the safest cities in CA.  

If he overestimated the value of property and can't recover his loss then it's none of your concern.

He could foreclose and recover the property.

That’s the best chance we have at potentially recovering from this.

Making matters worse the investor with limited resources cannot recover as easily as the investor who makes the risky investment but does so knowing they can afford to take the L. 

Furthermore, while not obligated, RTR financially contributed to help this investor offset missed rents from the tenant, which it sounds like the investor later recovered from the tenant eventually.

I haven't recovered any collection I sent since 2023 to give you an idea hahahaha.
