Due to our love of traveling and hating the negatives that LTR brings along, we prefer STR and offering the same memorable experiences to travelers that we have experienced when traveling.

Traveling to other states isn’t an issue for me.

For properties in Central Ohio, you can access records through the Franklin County Recorder's Office, which provides a public records search tool to help you look up property details, including any liens.

I did record the note at the county.  

They often offer updated owner records, pre-foreclosure data, and more targeted lists for specific markets.

That's great that he travels so much but ask him to provide where he rented and where he slept during that time. 

I only ask because straight to MF is a road less traveled.

Also, these platforms do not provide all the available leads which are available from the county records department within each county for each state.

Not a dumb question at all, but getting a $100K loan with no track record is difficult.
