Now is not the time to “test the market” with an ambitious price to “see what happens.”

These laws have been tested in court and upheld because they do not discriminate against protected classes.Familial status in Fair Housing pertains to the presence of children (pregnant women, people with children, adoptive or foster parents).

Whether it’s an offer to purchase a property, to provide equity capital, or to provide financing, I merely state the price/terms I’m willing to pay.

I am days/weeks away from trying it at my personal residence.  3500 sqft but only two people using it, so not sure how good of a test it will be.
