Hi Eric....STR can be tough in DFW area, but some people still doing well, while many are bailing, seeing if they can turn them to MTR or even LTR. 

Overall, CRE is tough in finding deals right now regardless of asset class, and people are pessimistic about the next few years.  

Obviously tough to give advice based on minimal info and no info on your personal situation.

This isnt a tough deal as some have alluded to above.

in my opinion it is a particularly tough time to get into wholesaling. 

In a service business like property management, your contributions can go unseen at times - so I feel as though value is harder to recognize, so you need to really exceed expectation in order to prove this value!

Given my circumstances, asking any of their family members to co-sign on a mortgage loan feels like a tough ask, as I wouldn’t want to place that kind of pressure on someone.
