My belief is many markets will outperform San Diego on shorter holds.  

Fund of fund raisers need to do a much better job including descriptions of both double promotes and possible implications for LPs investing through a fund of fund vs directly.

Since joining this club I have a new attitude at work and have received a promotion every year since I have been involved and closed some deals on the side.

I would be leery of an product or service being promoted that has zero negative reviews.A 1-star review is often not realistic and will tank the algorithm in your first year for sure because it's not balanced out yet.

Lee Arnold I don't know personally however my opinion on his system promoting private lending remains the same..

My belief is that if you can find a good enough deal, you can make it work - even with limited track record.

There are a lot of charlatans and 'Guru's' out there promoting this and that but the Stech family is the real deal when it comes to Private Lending. 

It is my belief your current situation is not a bad position (it is a goid position that will improve with time).  

And having the press and the government promoting forbearance like its a constitutional right really throws a wrench into the works.

I have had PMs successfully get large reimbursement including this PM got one last year (but I do not remember which OTA).It is my belief that AirBnb rejects some smaller claims hoping that it is not worth pursuing.
