Steven, the idea was to make the deal attractive to the sellers, but how would you restructure it to improve my situation and still be persuasive?

So many of the smart folks (I'm listening to like 5 REI podcasts regularly #addict) persuasively recommend an SDIRA over just relying on the Stocks & Bonds Industrial Complex.

I know the game well as this is not the only company that performs these deeds, but as I stated, their employees  are taught to use any of the forms of persuasion to sell the sucker (I mean customer).I hope you have not paid for anything yet, if you gave, get your money back now!!!

While on vacation in Mexico I was talked into buying a timeshare by a very persuasive salesman.

It is too bad that you have had such negative experiences with salespeople of all persuasions! 

He's really a great dog, but I suspect that the reason he's not getting adopted is because we're not persuasive enough in his bio.
