Realtors and brokers nationwide are celebrating what they perceive as a new dawn for increased activity and a robust economy.

There are people - even right here on BP - who think that they should tear people down so that they are perceived to be superior. 

There have been some famous scientific studies that showed people were far more likely to want someone else knocked down to size than for themselves to be lifted higher if they perceived a situation was unfair.

I'll be able to shed additional light on the situation once I better understand the perceived risks you are looking to protect against and better understand the duplex. 

However, with Mexican food being popular in inflationary times due to its perceived value, Darden believes Chuy's can grow sustainably without needing to become a full-blown national chain.

Bottom line is this; most real estate transactions only occur when both parties PERCEIVE the transaction as being advantageous to themselves.  

Unfortunately, the perceived excessive costs involved in purchasing real estate can intimidate aspiring residential real estate investors.
