I went to my first BPCON last week in New Orleans. 

I am traveling to Louisiana tomorrow to look for properties in Baton Rouge, Ruston and New Orleans.

The city has acknowledged the current STR rules are not legally enforceable and based that on the recent court case in New Orleans where the requirement to have a primary residence in the city was deemed unconstitutional (Atlanta's current legislation has this Primary residence requirement).  

Miami University in Oxford, Ohio or The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio) and major southern cities (Charleston, SC, New Orleans, LA, or Tampa, FL).

Contraction: San Francisco, New Orleans, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York.Focus on growth and young demographics.

Does anyone have an investor friendly title company in New Orleans they recommend?

AirBNB has been severely restricted in New Orleans after destroying the city's neighborhoods. 20 years ago living in New Orleans was an experience.

I'll be moving to New Orleans, LA soon to run a large construction project which will likely last 2 years.
