Cold calling is a great idea to get started, but maybe try connecting with local real estate groups or online forums too—they can sometimes have off-market deals.

I would prefer something I can buy once - software subscriptions are a nuisance.Something that automatically downloads transactions from my online banking portal and that can be used to easily categorize expenses for financial statements would be excellent.Thanks,KevinHi, Kevin.

Plus, it integrates seamlessly with accounting tools like QuickBooks, making bookkeeping much more straightforward.Whichever account you choose, look for one with no monthly fees, online banking, and features like automatic bill pay.

Better yet train others to keep things going while you take your break.Again Jonathan thanks for the reminder that the grind never stops. 

You would spend your time training them and looking to do those higher value functions and only those higher value functions. 

Here’s my honest advise; consider studying for and obtaining your real estate sales license, and obtain a part time position with a real estate agency that will provide training, guidance, and oversight.
