A family in this area that requires that many bedrooms may spell trouble with a bunch of out of control kids or several family members who sit around with no job and plenty of weed.Note a 7 bedroom house in a nice neighborhood but with only 1-2 bathrooms is 'functionally obsolete' and will be a hard sell as well.

I'm old enough to remember when 1brs became functional obsolete and REALLY high turnover.

Some people on this forum have said that anything with only 1 bathroom is functionally obsolete.

The homes lay outs have become obsolete but may not ever change layout.

The way information is shared nowadays is making the traditional college model obsolete.
