Hey @Chris Mendoza go to their website, click on blog, and then scroll down and they have 2020 and 2019 data for the Blue Ridge markets (as well as many others).

They also provide a list of licensed plumbers that you can contact to do the job if you scroll down.

I'm not sure what makes you think I don't have money but maybe just scroll on by if you're not going to answer the question?

These are not even 'over the top', but things like these will grab peoples attention when scrolling thru listings, you have to give them a reason to stop.

Then I find active facebook pages for rentals & sublets in that area and start scrolling through to see what kind of inventory I'm finding there and what prices I'm seeing for rent by the room and for whole units to make sure I'm estimating the approx amount per room correctly for the area regardless of if I'm doing a rent by room or rent the whole thing at once strategy.
