I’ve been in real estate for years and on BP for 4, but I’m now back to actively contribute and connect with you all.

Currently, we are targeting multifamily properties of 100+ units, and have been actively engaging with various owners and brokers, submitting Letters of Intent (LOIs) and working to secure deals.While some may consider our approach bold for new investors, we are confident that, with the right team and expertise, we can succeed in achieving our objectives.I’m excited to be part of this community and look forward to learning from your collective experience.

Mind you, with mortgage interest rates in the US being so much higher now (and seemingly for the foreseeable future), I wouldn't be surprised if LTRs in Europe would cash flow better than in the whole US nowadays (to be verified).This being said, I don't and would never invest in LT rentals outside of North America  as I wouldn't want to face unfavourable landlord/tenant laws as a foreigner.

There are likely active real estate investing groups for Tacoma and the surrounding area.

Keep in mind though it takes some long term relationships to pull off Horizontal and get bank rates.. your not going to just walk in and get a loan..

Given the lack of activity / buyers in the market at this time with rates, would you reccomend holding and renting it until the market is better to sell in? 

As I continue to gain more knowledge, I am intrigued by the opportunities that real estate investing can afford while on active duty.
