I’ve had many weird circumstances in my 40 years like this where time and space have been precisely timed up to permit a “ window” ( pun intended) of opportunity for an almost supernatural occurrence to take place .looking back  I’ve escaped death on several occasions myself this way .

@Gregory Schwartz,compress your search a bit on BP, and target (pun intended) the military and military in deployment managing remotely threads.Also plenty of remote investing stories, some even including their methodology and steps...Your boots on the ground team counts more than anything.

I like to "reverse engineer" (pun intended lol) deals.

I like @Sylvia B.s idea also but am worried about impact of down votes on my puns as a form of collective groaning.But being very open an honest here - Upvotes to me means that someone understood and benefitted from what I had to say. 

While initial purchase price will always look higher, comparing a Mac to a Chromebook's an apples to oranges comparison (no pun intended). iPads are closer to Chromebooks and even that's hard to compare since a Chromebook with similar capability to an iPad is a $1k Google device not the the $400 device sold at Best Buy based off 5 year old chipsets.

Yes, there will always be an abusive party; wonder if they can be curbed (no pun intended) with deposit/monthly fees. 

@Ryan McKelvey @John Park I remember this case from law school, its a fun read because the judge repeatedly mocks and makes puns related to the house being haunted in the decision.

@Ray Pun i disagree with the comments that you have to have representations.I bought my first 4plex of Trulia, it was listed with an agent that owned the property... clarify that.
