That being the case, you MUST (and there is no way around this, at least in my book) make your offers in an entity name and NOT your personal name.

The way I read that passage in the book makes it seem like I would be able to despite being maxed out as long as the "seasoning" period has passed. 

You know the book ' Make your  bed '   - I think ' Make your money  'will get you a lot further... 

And you (and the book) make good points about how much money it will make vs cost.

And of course, the writer of the book makes more than everybody!

Andrew - Besides getting the book, make sure you hire a lawyer who has SEC/Syndication experience.
