Curious about a specific mentoring program

N/A N/A

Hello Investors,

I'm looking into a mentoring program with David Finkel and Peter Conti. I've read their book "Making Big Money Investing in Real Estate Without Tenants, Banks or Rehab Projects." It's all about the purchase option system. This type of investing interests me because it doesn't require conventional financing.

After reading this book I realized I want to hire a mentor. I want more guidance before jumping into the investing world. These two men offer such a program.

I'm curious if anyone has gone through this program -- or has heard anything about it. I'd rather not go through a several thousand dollar mentoring program -- then learn it doesn't work.

Any comments are appreciated.

Thanks

Mike Muller
