Those were built during the peak usage period for asbestos (drywall mud/texture, sheet vinyl flooring, vinyl floor tile, various mastics, stucco, HVAC ducts, etc.), so have you factored that into your calculations?

Certainly learning a bit how to spot the for sure items like the '50s 8 inch square floor tile with the associated black mastic, the heating ducts covered in thin white "insulation" as well as attics with the vermiculite insulation gives you a running start by knowing you have to add funds to rehab budget.

I paid three different attorneys $300/hr to flap their gums (attorneys like to talk about themselves) and tell me they had never heard of strategies such as wholesaling and spent much time telling me I shouldn't do the things I was going to do......AN I HAD TO PAY THEM FOR THEIR POOR ADVICE!!!!
