With that I mean that you have a lot of straight lines and I would add some curves to balance it out (that's actually what Feng shui is about: There always has to be a balance between masculine (straight lines) and feninine (curves). 

I am just beginning my research into investing in rental properties as a way to augment  retirement income and have a few (hopefully) simple questions as follows:1.

The quotes are only to augment a word so you pay more attention to it.

Not to mention that homes in that price point usually need some work and require an augmented management strategy.

So, in addition to the suggestion above re: networking and connecting with others, I’d start thinking about the non-REI skills that will be needed to augment your success.

A lot of specifics are still being played out but something intriguing to augment an already good investment.

My current strategy is Buy and Hold but I am looking at ways of augmenting my savings so I can purchase properties faster. 

Here, I discovered how cash flow properties could get me to my goal… how wholesaling and flipping could augment that goal.

I'm waiting for augmented reality and virtual reality to take over the real estate industry too...
