Now the fed choose to press the brake as inflation is sticky at 3%, we would see what's going in 2025.but from the fed mandate to reduce inflation, they want the rent growth to be flattened, so they would sacrifice the CRE (aka equity ownership). this is way also why lp investor has to invest in common sense, if the boss want the rent to be reduced, don't go against the boss.... just don't invest.

However, if you take that writing on its face, as written (perhaps intentionally,) you *may* (I’ll explain below) be overdoing it, as that “7 days” part is actually directed to a tenant reading it - nowhere I am aware of, in GA, is it mandated that the Notice has to give the tenant 7 days.

In my jurisdiction a landlord is mandated to provide all new tenants not only with the landlords name but also their address for the purpose of the tenant being able to serve notices on their landlord.
