After 2 years you can apply for a “Rent consideration” (I think that’s what they called it) as long as you still live there and that may allow you to increase rents by more than the annual allowance (probably designed for unit that are very low rents).

You have the means to purchase and intend to offer owner financing (you) to the buyers of your lots.That sounds pretty straight forward as long as you are able to carry the loans and deal with any defaults.I don't have a background in raw land deals, so that's all I got.Thanks for the feedback and I will keep these things in mind as I move forward.

as is prop value 75k and minimum loan size of 50k. as long as its turn key 30 year fixed is available. yes there are some fees and rate will be a touch higher. if it cash flows get it closed.

An area might be doing downhill somewhat but as long as the tenant pool thinks of it as C class, then C class renters will apply and live there.

If my spouse wasn’t opposed to moving I would try to buy a new house hack every 12-15 months and use low down payment owner occupied loans for as long as it made sense.
