Welcome to BP, Susan.The timing of your business sounds like perhaps a lobster pound / processor?  

Lobster season, or just great boating or diving conditions, will often cause a labor drain on the mainland ;)As for handling stress, in the last couple of months I've had several friends/a family member/acquaintances die, mostly of cancer, some of them young.

And even then we have events that attract major crowds such as mini lobster season the last week of July.

No partnership deals, no expensive books or materials (costs, if any at all, will be less than having dinner out at Red Lobster).
