Commercial Mastermind Group

I am thinking about starting a Commercial RE investing mastermind group in the Southern California area.  Most of the successful investors I know specialize in single family but I have been buying more commercial properties over the last 6 months and looking to network with more people in this space.

Does anyone know of any existing groups?  Would anyone be interested in joining or networking? If so, send me some details.

I am looking at starting a similar group in Toronto, Canada, focusing on commercial real estate investing.

This is the format I was thinking of using:

1. 20 minutes networking

2. 40 minutes speaker or workshop (finding a deal, negotiating, raising capital, managing, taxes, refinancing) & Q&A

3. 10 minutes people pitching ideas to the group

4. 30 minutes networking

Maybe we could share speakers.
