Hello everyone,So are the 30 year rental loans at decent rates advertised by companies such as Lima One or Lending One actually 30 year loans or are they really 5 year terms with a 30 year amortization?

@Paras Gupta if you can't use the equity in one of your rentals to finance the new acquisition, or find a partner, another option is an asset based lender like Lending One, Lima One or several others.
