You should already have a Lawyer on the team who’s also doing that from his or her office as well. 

You'll also want a lawyer to draft up the docs for you and register your mortgage on title of the property being lent on along with the promissory note.  

However, after their "exhaustive" search of thousands of lenders they partner with, they were only able to offer me one loan.
