I agree on the supply constraints and job growth. 

Even after years of podcasts and reading it sounds like I can do a better job with adjusting the numbers and planning. 

It's one of the hottest markets in the US right now with so much population growth, job growth, and companies moving/developing here (26B Intel headquarters being built here, 68K+ enrollment in Ohio State University, Amazon, FB, Google, Honda, Nationwide, Anduril, etc.).

So many times they give you income for a job they just started and they don’t even have paystubs for yet.  

It was a no-brainer to get into our first investment with all the savings we had from our IT jobs.

I currently use Logical Property Management for my SFR in Warren and they have done a great job. 

That's 36,000+ standing active duty, 24-7, that we are paying for.
