As you know there is so much involved like lease renewals, maintenance requests, walk-throughs, etc.

You may want to get a CPA or a tax guy involved.

I've done (and others have too) seller financing where little or no cash is involved at closing.

@Corey Curtin has been a stellar agent for my clients.I heard things that involve the city like zoning/permits can take a while in Birmingham compared to other AL markets so I'd be cautious of that.
