Employees won’t think exactly like owners, but tying bonuses to behaviors and KPIs they can influence is key.Focus on metrics like tenant retention, minimizing vacancy days, and timely maintenance resolution.

I have flipped new homes and townhomes but phased out raising a family and now am focused on utilizing my skills which are building, selling, expanding a circle of influence to focus my effort on the above.

I've seen posts on here from a few years ago about rental portfolio dashboards, but all seem to be inconclusive or suggest a software subscription to have such a reporting tool.

I think we have enough software in the STR world lolWhat if we made a guide to increase occupancy rates that centers around marketing, guest experience, and ways to stand out in saturated markets that isn't simply "buy more amenities"?  

Also, since the books were several years old, I'm not sure if there is better software or apps like Zillow to use for managing a property.
