I saw Many HML companies that raised funds through PPM's go out of bizzness in flames.. they had raised all this dough and had to start paying interest on it form inception of the investments... this led them to negative cash flow almost immediately and they would get desperate to make deals since they were paying on the 10 mil they raised on the PPM.. its a fine line that one..

That is one thing I heard, that they go up in flames fast and depending on the build, particle board floors could easily cave in if exposed to too much moisture.Thanks!

I saw one of those companies go down in flames.. that is highly risky. there needs to be equity so you can exit if needed.We did not play the hid the cheese from the bank game at all.. we wrote company checks changed insurance etc..
