It was all good and my house was showing up top in the list.Today on the same street two more houses came up for rental now.

Another thing to add is the regulations, HOAs and Cities are imposing a lot of regulation on short-term rentals or rent by a room, I have seen some HOAs regulate the amount of people authorized to rent the property too.It requires to do a lot of due dilligence to begin with mainly in such big house. 

If you go in with realistic expectations and a well-thought-out plan, house hacking can be an incredible tool for building financial freedom.Have you tried house hacking?

In most markets it is not a linear price increase.  

I love that you have an interest in house hacking. 

There's no workaround for bringing it in house.

I saw a notice on the door from the city and I tried to get some info on the owner but it looks like an investment company has owned it for several years but no one has been in there.
