These are places that would never be painted, and the stinky salts in the urine are still active due to the humidity in the air.  

Hi everyone,I’m currently house hacking a property in Philly and the basement gets very humid during the summer.

I lost interest in this site when I my post was deleted recommending to an OP a basement humidity idea.

I would assume that it’s her responsibility that it turns in when it’s humid.
