I'm a new member to the community. I have known about bigger pockets for awhile and enjoy listening to their podcast. I just recently bought a house which has quickly become my families home. I'm a real estate agent part time to help collect some extra cash to pay down debt and invest in my first property. My main source of income is from a 9-5 where I work 4/10's (Tuesday-Friday).


Any thoughts about downtown Anderson SC?
