All that money did was allow some accounting shenanigans so the banks could acknowledge some of their bad debt as currently every large financial institution is insolvent, but if we all close our eyes and pretend they are all healthy eventually time will heal all wounds is the theory.

But, then again, it seems some people would prefer to spend more taxpayer money killing than healing...to each his own...

It's like my nerves are getting a chance to relax and heal again. heheheheeheheI am finally able to get to those things I just loved but had to constantly put on the back burner.

When you go at someone all hard core right off the bat, you will get 1 of 2 reactions....... you will scare the crap out of them and they will fold and do whatever you want.... or they will see it as a threat and a challenge and dig their heals in even farther.

Buy and hold is quite forgiving in that time can heal bad deal wounds, flipping if you make a bad deal, you lose money.

Remember you make your money on the "Buy" not the sale (time heals all wounds but it’s not a strategy or reason to pay too much for a real estate).

After quite a bit of dragging my heals (I had finally gotten a job again and was learning the new job), I hired some people to come clean out the home and cut the grass/weeds.
