I just launched an Instagram business page for one property and gave it a catchy title and try to find the right hashtags to associate with. 

Every time I post a dog picture I use hashtags like #airbnb #dogfriendly and things like that in case there are people using Instagram to scope out new place to stay at AirBnB.So to answer your question about the tags, we have mentioned to our guests via our Welcome Book that if they tag a picture on Instagram during their stay with us, we will repost it on our Instagram feed. 

Get used to seeing the hashtag #WPS.

@Wes Blackwell is probably someone worth talking to about things up in Sacramento and Yolo (Lurkers, that's a place, not just a hashtag :).

Other ideas I've heard is to hit up people on social media like linked in and through hashtags on instagram.Does anyone have any other ideas?

On this guy's webpage, he brags about how he's done $200M+ in successful deals, and posts pictures like the following one as if it's an example of a successful flip he's done:However, when I reverse image search this photo, I found that he just copied this image from Pinterest:How about one more example....he again posts a series of photos for what looks like a multi-million dollar house with the hashtags to insinuate that it's yet another successful flip project:However, I also found the source of these photos (again using reverse image search) and discovered he just took these photos directly from a MLS listing in Coral Cables, Florida (Miami-Dade County):What's more interesting, the property is a custom-built home, built just a mere 10 or so years ago and has never been "flipped" (nor does it need to be....looks amazing inside).  

I just searched for #jimcroce on Instagram and there are 25k posts with that hashtag.

I would personally write about it on LinkedIn with appropriate hashtags such as #offmarket #real estate and a hashtag for the location.
