They don't communicate well, don't take responsibility for their actions, do not clean or maintain homes well, and will shaft you when it's time to leave.Other than that, it's a pretty good system.

.: I haven't passed this past legal review so for what its worth: Part of my standard requirements for everyone include income is at least 3X rent, minimum credit score, say 640, Clean record and no evictions as well as deposit is paid in full at signing of lease and 1st month rent is paid in full prior to handing over the keys.

With the exception of 1 bedroom units, you basically have 2 options:-Oversized/commercial machines (potentially multiple sets)-Off site cleaning with clean spares on siteThe latter is almost always the most efficient and basically what hotels do at scale.

I will take on all the risk whilst always making sure the property is in a selling condition at all times and professionally cleaned and maintained, and if there's any damages my insurance would cover it.

It would be wise to rectify it before transfer of title so your starting off clean and hopefully won't have any issues when you go to sell down the road.
