I can tell you (everyone) that trying to figure this aspect is impractical, as I mentioned the differences of option A and option B might be a hamburger at lunch.

"Rebranding" the name/domain name of your business can be a pretty big headache I would imagine.Naming copyright infringement aside, if you were starting a hamburger shop, would you entitle your domain "mcdonaldshamburgersdesmoines.com"?

This is exactly what a hamburger joint does when you want to add cheese. 50 years ago the cheese was included.

Upside is you get to yell at your tenants if they put a hole in the wall and then put a hamburger in the hole.

And the savvy buyer will probably sit there with a Bitcoin wallet open, looking at the spot price, and then has to decide: Do I want to buy my hamburger today with a McCoin or with my Visa?  

Seasoned, active investors seldom have time to have someone "pick their brain" for a $10 hamburger.

If you get few bookings, lower it, if you get a bun h, raise it!

However, when I go to meet other people in the business or tenants, I pull my hair into a bun and wear what I would wear to church.
