There are lots of game players in the RE space.

However, in several of the remaining towns in the area, there are permit slots available or licenses outright transfer for existing rentals, but not many and highly specific to each property. 

For little towns right now, there are a few permit slots in Nehalem and Seaside for the moment. 

So, you read reviews, watch gameplay videos, and ask your friends for their opinions.

It looks like "average valued" slots in the area are going for 1000-1100.Overall I feel like the CoC for this is a little low considering the initial cash needed.

I look at (and end up with some) properties all the time that are essentially failed flips, where the flipper ran out of money, energy, or missed their profit slot.
