I work with a company called Quantstamp that does auditing of smart contracts, and I can promise you that they are a lot less foolproof than what you would expect that they should be.

My experience is that most real estate investors who thought they had a foolproof asset protection plan experience a high amount of stress and anger once they learn of the cost and energy it will take to defend it in court and the amount of private information that will need to be turned over to the creditor in the discovery process.

One way that is not foolproof but will give you a good estimate is to only look up properties that have not been sold for 30 years that assumes someone stuck to their original mortgage terms.
