I used to leave a combination of small flashlights, Cadbury Bars, single serving bottles of wine, nail clippers or a multitool on every bed. 

Overall looks amazing maybe on the next one try a brighter kitchen instead of darker, maybe that’s just a personal preference.

Make sure the agent brings a good LED flashlight, too, you'll probably need it to look in darker spaces.

If you know the source and have a solution to fix it  get some 24 inch waders and a powerful flashlight and walk through the basement see if there are any obvious foundation issues.8 inches of water in basement will typically destroy your furnace and your hot water heater and most things sitting in the floor, but if you budget for those you should be good. 

Everytime I go into a vacant property I bring a knife with me and also a big Mag flashlight.

I don't have a flashlight, but went and turned the AC off at the breaker box this am.In fact, there won't be anyone at my rental for at least a week, so will turn it off this AM too.

That would make them look brighter.
