I am on the fence with the “optional” mentor program that offers more resources than spoken about on here, but even if I did and my first acquisition fee covered just that, it would be worth the investment. we do not know here whether or not the nay sayer here utilized all of the resources or not.

The majority of homes in Cape Coral sustained some type of damage.  3 months after the hurricane, there were still blue tarps everywhere, debris at curbsides, fences and boat docks down, etc.

Yes they suck. ...alot lol.Nice south bay burbs are still highly desirable, low DOM, naturally appreciate and coupled with value add still present good returns.Ironically techies (from many different cultures) still want a 3/2 picket fence house.This strategy, however, comes at great personal discomfort.
