I'm pretty new to the real estate investing game but obviously looking to gain the skill and knowledge to eventually build an empire. :)I am a clean, quiet, and respectful person and looking for the same while rooming together for these few days.I live in Vegas but originally from SoCal.

Being consistent is essential for establishing a successful thought leadership empire.

I believe he has built a lot of his empire off of unsuspecting/unsophisticated folks...

(I understand that I am in a different phase of my investing journey where I can be safer and younger newer investors will be doing much higher LTV and trying to grow their empire.)

These folks are imagineers that have a real estate empire in their own heads.Many folks that fill out the "Find a Lender" form just want to talk to someone for educational purposes and are not interested in actually purchasing a property.

We accidentally became landlord when renting out our first home in Inland Empire (2012-2021) until we sold that property in 2021 (bought at peak in 2007, did not make much $).

Anyhoo, my long term goal is to build a rental “empire” to pass down to my children and so on.
