Could someone point me to the tool(s) or page(s) that list multi-unit residential properties?

Does anybody here recommend any mentors/resources/tools/or has experience doing it themselves and would be open to connecting? 

However I do not have access to their MLS, as well as I am unable to service that area effectively for my clients. 

The tool they used to get their estimate was rentrange.com.

I've looked into the one-stop shop tools, but none are quite as good as these individual tools yet in my opinion. 

I have experience with Quickbooks Online, and looking to learn to use Appfolio as I have heard that is a common software tool used for managing the books for REI.
