As an ex title officer, and a current wholesaler and real estate agent, all too often I see where people have recorded, on their own, "dresser drawer deeds" that didnt' accomplish what they wanted to achieve, because they didn't necessarily know where the chain of title left off, or the verbiage was incorrect, etc.

If it was occupied bedbugs likely live in the tenants belongings (think mattress, box springs, headboard, bedding, dressers, night stands and anything else close to where they sleep).
