I see both sides of these arguments and hopeful that the towns building and development teams have a keen eye on these projects. 

I’m not as strong in the other trades, but I have a keen attention to detail and don’t take shortcuts.

I most likely can afford it but am really keen on building up a reserve be side there’s still a few things to fix in the place and I want to make sure I’m adding enough equity to the place to eventually cash out refi and get my next property.
