It's a disgrace to full-time real estate investors if you put me in their category.

Just not politics, which really is a disgrace to our country and political system.

Disgraceful, but that's being part of a landlord. 

It is a national disgrace.

When push came to shove, because of fractional banking (which is a disgrace) and then banks using money that legally should have been held in reserve, instead used that money to invest in Collateralized Debt Obligations, which it turns out nobody understood how to properly rate for risk, & it caused contagion ( a cascading effect).

This rick is a horrible person, this company is a sham, and they are a disgrace for continuing to take people money when deep down they know they aren’t smart enough or honest enough to handle other people a money.There, I feel better already

We've been very busy and to date, we defeated the tax levy; we humiliated our disgraceful mayor who was running for judge (he lost with only 18% of the vote); we humiliated a disgraceful assistant law director who was also running for judge (he lost with only 20% of the vote); we were going to recall the mayor, until he decided not to run for re-election; our group was instrumental in convincing 3 other disgraceful city council members to not run for re-election; and we're now involved in a fight to replace the rest of the disgraceful city council members, the law director, and to have control of the local water department taken away from the city.

That's a disgrace.  

From well known and respected to disappeared and disgraced.

Now with this whole LIBOR disgrace, and JP Chase and the England's Whale saga, the Olympics is the only good thing going on in England!
