First, if you are going to have anyone sign for you, you will need a POA executed in advance and approved by the Title Company (many times they have their own forms they prefer to use, which cuts down on time for them to approve/disapprove of it).

Your comment above clearly implies that you believe Assange should die because he invoked First Amendment Rights in a way that you disapprove of.For those of us who believe the Constitution should *ALWAYS* be upheld, this is very disturbing, to say the least...Btw, even if there is a possibility that Assange committed a crime, there are protocols in this country by which those who are accused of crimes are given an opportunity to present their case in front of a non-biased court.
